What is Shill Squad?

Shill Squad is my way of making product decisions less overwhelming.

Instead of long reviews or hype-filled recommendations, I turn products into simple comic-style breakdowns that help you figure out one thing:

Should you actually buy this or not?

Every post breaks things down from three angles:

  • what the product is and does

  • why people think it’s good

  • what’s actually worth paying attention to

It’s not about pushing products. It’s about filtering out the noise so you can make faster, clearer decisions without overthinking it.

No fluff. No fake hype. Just simple buy or skip logic with a bit of chaos in between.

Our Roots

Shill Squad started as a small experiment.

I wanted a way to look at products without getting lost in hype, fake reviews, or overly complicated breakdowns. Most buying advice online felt either too biased or too long to actually help.

So I built a simpler system.

Take a product. Strip it down. Break it into clear opinions. Turn it into something you can understand in seconds instead of hours.

That is where Shill Squad comes from.

Creative Process

Every product goes through the same process.

I don’t treat products like “reviews.” I treat them like scenes in a story.

Each one gets broken into three perspectives:

  • The Frog explains what the product actually is in simple terms

  • The Bird shows why people are hyped about it

  • The Cat points out what is overlooked or not worth ignoring

Then I combine it into one clear outcome:

Should you buy it or not.

Sometimes it becomes a comic-style breakdown. Sometimes it is just a structured opinion. Either way, the goal stays the same: clarity.

Future Plans

Right now, Shill Squad is focused on simple product breakdowns and student-friendly gear.

But it is really just the beginning.

Over time, I want to expand it into a full system for decision-making across different categories, still keeping the same style: simple, visual, and easy to understand.

More comics. More products. More filters for the noise.

Just better decisions, faster.
